Change Of BB Provider

I am thinking about changing my BB provider to NTL they do 10meg for £35.00 per month.

The most I can get on my BT line at the moment is 2meg. My current provider is AOL. Whome I have to say I have had nothing but great service from. It's just a speed thing.

I am looking for feedback on NTL's service before I take the plunge.

Do NTL do there on cabling? If not you are stuck with what BT says your line will run. Have a look here anyway click here

Apologies my spelling is getting terrible. Do NTL do their own cabling? I meant to say.

Service has been kind of great, billing and customer service are beyond a joke.

I am in an NTL cable area. It was in my house when I moved in but I took it out.

NTL does run through a cable modem so as long as they service your area you'll get the 10meg. I only need their 2meg service, but if the 10meg runs as smoothly (as well as faster) you should be pleased.
