cancellation of order for a desktop

have ordered desktop from award winning company but have read many adverse comments about delays and faulty product.would like to cancel order, but ticked boxes for several upgrades e.g.processor,does this count as custom built as this affects statuary right to cancel.

'Upgrades' don't matter if they're listed as standard options when you buy. The problem comes when you've requested a custom built PC - i.e. not a listed spec, or a spec that could be built from the options listed for the base unit.
