Can Chipped Cartridges be refilled

I am looking to buy a new printer and it must have cartidges that I can refill I am a bit worried about the chipped ones that they fit now.

Most likely Yes.

Of course this assumes you are happy to re-set the chips as well. Personal experience gives me about a third more ink from an Epson cartridge after the chip has decided I've had my share.

Confess that except for squeezing this last ink, I stick to the pukka ink now, and just shop around for the best offer.

Unless you intend to refill a lot of cartridges, buying the chip resetter isn't going to be cost effective and you would be better off getting refilled cartridges from Choice or 7dayshop.
