When I ordered a part for my Dell I was phoned back from a man in India who wanted my cc details. I didn't provide them as I thought it was quite unprofessional. The way it was done didn't sound quite right. So I managed to order online (eventually). It's maybe just as well as I could have been part of the fraud.

The report goes back to June 2005, and a number of arrests were made in the following year. Security as been tightened up since then, but it still doesn't mean the odd rogue will not surface again!.

When you get low wages, long hours, and various companies and individual's dealing thousands of miles apart,or even nearer home, there will always be an element of possible criminal activities, that will and may occur on occasions. Bit like my daily email intake from Barclays and other financial institutes, requesting that I update my banking records, due to security improvements!.
