I recently made a purchase from Amazon via a third party (Empire Direct) and the goods are faulty. Try as I might I can't get anyone either at Amazon or Empire to answer the 6 e-mails I have sent. I cannot find a phone number. Any ideas?
Phoned Amazon on 08002796620 and they resolved the matter there and then, offering me a full refund. They asked me to hang on to my faulty goods in case the vendor wanted them back. First class service. Thanks to all who replied
