I ordered a BT i-plate ,from this company ,I fitted it on Monday after 3 days my speed remained unchanged. I emailed their support yesterday evening ,I received a reply this morning they suggest resting my router,should that not result in an improvement the have offered a full refund. I will reset but I wont seek a refund I will pass the i-plate on to family. It is just great to be offered. such a response so quickly
The main problem is whether your line is acceptable. I had a BT OpenReach broadband technician fit various 'special' devices to my line, and in the end the system did improve slightly but not a lot. The technician stated that it was the best he could do in the circumstances owing to the BT infrastructure!.
