Having problems with BT (billing not line), and am havibg difficulty finding a contact address, other than the corporate one at Newgate in London.

Anybody any ideas? Phone is physically difficult.

Log on to click here and at the very bottom of the page, there's a 'contact BT' option, where a footer would normally be.

You can then 'drill down' until you find what you want to contact them about, for example, Home phone services/phone lines. You'll then find two tabs, one to email them and one to ring them.

I've used both options with various questions and have always received a reasonably prompt reply.

Forgot to add - you can always email them to ask for the correct address for your problem.

Can't say thet you'll have a lot of luck. From past experience she just forwards letters to their Doncaster office but she is the one to write to in the first instance.

Thanks for the responses; tried them apart from the phone of course.

You're right about Jillian Lewis, she doesn't even give the courtesy of an acknowledgment.

Since I've obviously exhausted the internal procedures it must now be down to Ofcom.
