Big Pockets Positive customer care

I bought a pioneer 109 dvd drive from big Pockets last year, unfortunately the drive developed fault,
I emailed for an rma to return the drive which was recieved promptly.

Big Pockets kept me advised of its reciept and progress with their testing of it.

This morning I recieved a new drive, upgraded to the pioneer 110.

Now thats customer care.

Excellent service. Exactly what I would expect from BigPockets, which is why I often mention the company in these forums.
