I have to praise Plextor's after sales service. I broke the tray on one of my DVD burners and emailed Plextor asking how much a replacement would be. (the damage was my fault not theirs). Within four days they had sent a replacement tray from Belgium completely free of charge. Their back up is just as good as their products.
