I bought a compaq Evo N1015V laptop from Watford Electronics last year - mid january it died totally. I returned it to Watford Electronics who ahve had it for EIGHT weeks - they will not respond to e-mails or update their "returns tracker" webpage - so I do not know what is happening with it. About two weeks ago I did get a reply - but only to say that they could do nothing with it and were sending it to HP Compaq! I've e-mailed them from their webpage and do not get replies. Has anyone else had similar problems? If so did you get satisfaction in the end? IF YOU are thinking of buying a Compaq or from Watford Electronis BE CAREFUL BE VERY CAREFUL.
