Belkin Aftersales Service

Once again I must congratulate Belkin for excellent service.

My six year old Router was choking my Internet connection down to about half of the ( up to ) 10Mb I was supposed to receive.

A session with the Belkin support team failed to resolve this so they have arranged to supply a new Router ( postage paid ) and free of charge.

Would that all companies could match this level of support.

I'll second that! To date Belkin have replaced a failed router power supply and a laptop bag, free of charge, to this satisfied customer.
