be aware of the charges of pc world

when i was buying the laptop, they tried to sell me plans, such as installation of softwares for £30 pounds, insurance for £7.99 pounds.

If you have the insurance plan for 1 year, you could have bought an ipod nano, if you had if for 3 years, you could have bought a cheap laptop/pc.

you see, how this world works! once you got the problem and try to get an exchange. they wouldn't let you test your laptop in store!

about testing laptops in another thread - please don't make references to that here. It's all very well to make a complaint, but keep it all in one thread, don't post multiple threads on the same subject.
