aria returns service

before i posted under the name kenny about the lack of service from aria. i have since had things resolved with them, and i have to say that it was through the help of one particular customer called Matt. he has bent over backwards to help me sort out the confusion and to smooth over the problem. thanks to him it has renewed my faith in aria as a company.
i would be the first to criticise, so i would also like to praise.
so matthew ford stand up and take a bow for your attention to customer service. some of your collegues could take a few tips
