Argos Delivery Service - well done!

Last weekend I ordered online 5 items from Argos to be delivered Tuesday AM. They duly arrived on time but not until the driver had gone did I discover one item was missing and another, completely unrelated, in its place. The website promised to answer all enquiries within six days, so I gave that the swerve and called the help line.
Within five minutes I was talking to an agent who arranged for the items to be exchanged the day after tomorrow; and the promise was kept.
Such service, especially at this time of year, is highly commendable.

I've found too that the Argos system, similar to that of PC World, of being able to order items by phone and collecting them at your local store is also very convenient. Saves time in the queues as well.
