Are these good specs for moderate gaming?

I'm new to buying gaming PCs and was wondering if these were decent enough specs for playing FPS' and the odd indie game. I don't demand playing in high settings although I do want an FPS of over 30 for sure.

CPU 8 core running at 3.5 GHz, 8 Gig DDR3 ram, GPU card review is good. Rest is good. If you can get it for under £800 then even better - but I doubt it.

It's around £700ish if you buy these hardwares/software & can or get someone to build for you although I don't know your budget.

The Zalman Z11 Plus case is obsolete now you can get the Z12 for roughly the same price & has enough internal space for the GTX760.
