My daughter is thinking of buying an Averatec 3250PX Laptop. The spec looks very good and with the Dollar at it's present rate it is cheap too.Averatec isn't a manufacturer I am familiar with. Anyone any experience of them? Amazon US. click hereOr Buy.com click here
First time I heard of them but some good reviews on the net.
PC World stocked a small averatec sub-notebook for a while, and i think there were also identical units badged as Advent. From what i recall, return rates were pretty low. It looked like quite good spec for the money at the time (last December), but not the best looking unit in the world, and a bit 'plasticky'Unfortunatly PCW don't stock any at the moment, so you can't go and have a look/feel.Regards,Dizzy Bob
you may be find the reivew from their site
