Anyone getting NTL Broadband slower then Dialup?

Since Wednesday evening, NTL internet access has been painfully slow.

WEB pages load so slowly I get timed-out (and the standard message that the web site is having technical problems or is not available ~ which can not be the case with all the leading names I'd tried).

Outlook send/receive also suffers from time-outs and errors.

Has anyone suffered the same problems recently?

And I haven't noticed any problems.

I'm in Merseyside and it could be an issue specific to your box/modem or your area.

Sorry I can't be of more help!

I'm in East Lancs no problems here.

Telewest have service pages relating to ongoing work and problems across the country, I hope the merging of the two concerns won't have a negative effect on this aspect of their customer care.

I managed to claw open that same support page with my fingernails, and waiting for 2 minutes to download.

I was suffering well outside of the midnight-6 a.m. times!

GRRR!!!!!
