Any BB provider with UK call centres?

  Totally-braindead 18:21 22 Mar 2007

I'm considering changing ISP. I'm with Tiscali at the moment and the connections been good enough for me but the customer service is aweful.
When you email a question the replies you get sometimes have absolutely nothing to do with the question asked and if you phone them they either do not listen to what you say or don't understand what you say. I realise call centre workers work from a script but Tiscali is really bad.

Anyone know of an ISP that uses UK call centres?

Have to say support the post about Zen. Marginaly more expensive but you get what you pay for. Constant service and imediate help if you need it. Best company I have delt with in a long time

virgin media, who's call centres are concentrated in the West Midlands.

Zens a bit pricey, £17.99 for 512k BB.

Virgins a possability £10 a month for the first year and then £18 per month. 2 Meg speeds.

namescos also a possability, £14.95 for a 2 meg service with a 5 gig limit.

Pipex up to 8mb BB with a 2 gig limit for £14.99 might be a bit low the 2 gig limit though.

Have to think about this a bit, in the meantime if anyone thinks of others let me know. Thank you.
