American's Microsoft office xp pro

Would there be any difference with the Microsoft Office XP Pro if bought from America I've been looking at some American sites and its quite abit cheaper over there, should I be aware of anything before buying. They say the shipping would be $12, which is pretty cheap isn't it.

not sure if this helps but i'm running a canadian version of XP and it's no different apart from the region and language settings but they can be changed to english anyway.

You'll most likely have to pay VAT and a Post Office handling charge if Customs here open your package.

It happened to me on a software CD I imported. A further £12 odd in total on a $58.94 item. :(
