Amazon and exchnage

Parents bought me The Inbetweeners box set for Christmas.
Could only watch the first four episodes of the first series,disc would stop when ep 5 & 6 were selected,also the extras.

Phoned Amazon this morning,had problems understanding what the lady was saying,but she has arranged a replacement which should be delivered by Friday.
An email followed confirming the replacement.

I just have to arrange a collection via DHL,Amazon are supplying the return label/details.

I always buy from Amazon,and this is second time I have had to contact them regarding faulty/damaged goods.
The previous time was painless,and never put off using them in future.

I hope this time is just as efficient.

It just go's to show how some companies value their customers and go all out to assist.

I too had a defective Audio CD from Amazon that I had ordered for my wife.

On Xmas day I went to the order online and completed the return process. It took 2 minutes. I printed the return barcode and address label.

I had it packaged up and in the postbox within 15 minutes.

I then received an email saying the replacement would be dispatched asap.

Yesterday it was dispatched.

Simple and an example to all online companies.
