I ordered a Canon 350D camera from Amazon on 27/12, it arrived two days later and the camera would not work with the Compact Flash card.I reported this to Amazon and I have received another camera in 24hrs. This works perfectly.That is fantastic service
And over a Christmas period as well. You cannot ask for anything better, that's what you call first rate customer service.
and we hear many such stories here. Amazon is without doubt one of the most efficient online sellers in the business - they could certainly teach a few other online retailers how to run a high-volume e-commerce operation.
I have bought a few things now, they always have arrived within 2 days and I can't fault the products or the company.They are superb and yes they really could teach others how to do business online.

I ordered some software and a 512MB SD Card on the 27th, arrived on the 29th. OK -the software made my pc throw a bit of a wobbly, but not a problem sending it back & asking for a refund.
I can only agree. Nothing is too much trouble and problems do not defeat themAnd the prices are hard to beat as well. I used to belong to a book club but no longer. Free delivery is now down to £15 and prices are as sharp as mostThey've been like that since they started in the UK. That is the reason they are now the size they are
I bought a Graphic Tablet for a Christmas present in November. Opened 25.12.05 and the pen was faulty.Contacted them 27.12.05, got a return slip and a new Tablet (working great) arrived today.I just hope they get the old one back OK, I posted that 28.12.05.Fantastic service!
