I'm thinking about buying a laptop from click here ... Anyone know if they're reliable or not?

They are very professional and very well though of. Their stuff is top quality and their laptops are built like Darth Vaders' briefcase.

Well, just to throw a the bug-eyed monkey wrench in the works. Have you seen the glowing review of click here
The Zoostorm is cheaper and seems to be a Kirk killer and Spock spooker...

ok so it's a kirk killer and a spock spooker. wait till it goes belly up though. I'd rather find a local high street store that specialises in photon gun repairs, that attempt to contact pcnextday.
jeezo, they have a customer service record that would make mesh cringe with shame.

My son had a lap top and it went wrong big time, new MBO, HDS, Grafics card, you name it it had to be replaced.
The air freight bill must have been pretty big, it went back for repair so many times.
When it died the last time he had to threaten to with hold the finance to force them to give him a brand new laptop with some good upgrades.

dont waste the time or money dealing with alienware they build u a pc then fly back in2 space the moment u have a problem with it wish i had listened 2 the bad reports on forums & not the reviews in mags n their own site it will cost u a mint it will go wrong & finally u will be sitting with a pc that dont work and alienware wont fix

It sounds to me like you've had a bad run-in with them, alien-nightmare. This thread is over a year old now. I've had my alienware laptop for a year now, and I absolutely love it. Nothing has gone wrong. It's still as fast, zippy, and reliable as the day I got it. I would recommend alienware to anyone.

Since you've had your laptop for a year rachwelian - tick this thread as resolved please.
