Has anyone found a lower price than Amazon's £47.59 inc. delivery for "Elements" 2.0,please?(Not ebay).

Occasionally PCWorld includes this in a software sale and I bought my copy (some little while ago) from them at about £42

The price you quote is about as good as you will find as it is regularly advertised at much higher prices as I'm sure you know

Before buying any image viewing/editting package, try Irfanview. This is amazing value, free, handles all sorts of file types, does many, many things, accepts plug-ins, etc., etc. It's tiny,~800kB + 4MB basic plugins. If you need more, then you can buy an appropriate package.

I got mine from Amazon - they were doing an offer of a bundle with Adobe Photoshop Album which is great too.

Buy ACDSee Power Pack 6.0. Used to cost EUR 50.

Much more user-friendly. Please GANDALF, do not call me stupid when I say that I like 'user-friendly' software.

Proof it's user-friendly: My wife uses it. She is now in charge of digital pictures at home, which frees me some time.
