Acer warranty repair

My 20 month old laptop ceased to work 28/6/09. I took out the £45 Acer 3 year warrant when I bought the laptop so called Acer on 29/6/09 and arranged for its return. DHL collected on the 30/6/09 and their tracking showed it was delivered on 1/7/09 which was confirmed by an email from Acer that day. On 2/7/09 I received a second email saying the laptop had been dispatched via DHL and I was given a tracking number. Today 3/7/09 the laptop was delivered to me at 10.30. Acer had replaced the main board and all now works well.

I'd like to congratulate Acer for excelling themselves in their swift turn round of repairs. Fault reported Monday and laptop repaired and back with me by Friday of the same week.
