I posted here a few months ago about my laptop, it had a fracture in the casing which lead to a £100 bill from Acer (despite the warranty) and my laptop disappearing for 6 weeks.
Well it happened again, this time theres no bill (yet) but its been gone for another 6 weeks and still no sign! Ive phoned Acer repeatedly and every time i phone they tell me theyre waiting on a part. They wont tell me what the part it is, or how long its going to take and im begining to get the impression that theyre messing me about.
Anything i can do to speed things up? Im considering threatening them with a trip to the small claims court but im not sure what theyve done wrong that i could claim against
