Being a novice this is my second attempt to seek advice. I registered my problem this morning but it has since disappeared!. Each time I try to "scan to email" or "scan to file" I receive a notice - Unable to access because it is not ready or another application is using it etc.
There is nothing on the go and all is plugged in and connected correctly. I uninstalled and then reinstalled Epson Smart Panel but still the same result.
Relief from my frustration would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks from lloydsloser
Thank you Quiet Life. The XP Scanner and Camera Wizard did not work either. Because of this I uninstalled and reinstalled everything complete and, happily, Smart Panel is once more in an operative mood!! Lloydsloser
