4WD Cars

I know this is not a computer problem, but I have a friend who is desperate to find a 4wd car, which is a normal shape car,not a square boxy type,if you know what I mean. I too have looked but find it very difficult to find any of them, which I know that there must be quite a few. Can anyone suggest any please or where to look.

Probably something like a Audi or a Golf type of car.

When I say,
"I have a friend who is desperate to find a 4wd car, which is a normal shape car,not a square boxy type"
Meaning "square boxy type"cars like the Toyota Rav or Honda CRV ect

at any Audi Quattro.

My choice would be a 3.0 litre supercharged V6 S4 Avant. Configure it with all the options, and it's yours for around £54,000 and worth every penny.

Volvo make a 4wd version of their s50 estate

The 3.0 litre supercharged V6 S4 Avant Sounds good, but the £54,000 sounds not so good !. Will have a look at both yours and 961 suggestions.

I'd have a Subaru estate, if I could afford one.

My son has a Subaru diesel,he gets 1 1/2 times the mpg I do when towing the same caravan, i'd recommend them new or second hand . He got 60mpg cruising to Glencoe in the snow in January , his friend didnt get through in his Land Rover.

Another friend has a 2.5 petrol estate about 15 years old it returns him 40+ to the gallon on the motorway he tends not to go over 60mph. Ive never seen a broken down Subaru at the ede of the motorway but I cut my mileage back , only do 30,000 a year now.

I have a citroen a little exotic but goes all day at 120mph where allowed! (diesel too).
