12 month warranty - what's covered?

Just a quicky - Advent lappy purchased from PCW june last year so still in warranty! Power socket on the back has nwo become very tempremental in that it has to be "jiggled" and "wiggled" a but until it will start charging the lappy up!

Is this something I should be taking back and getting them to sort before the June deadline of would it be classed as "normal wear and tear" and therefore not be covered?

Yes, if your having problems with the power socket take it back. keep all paperwork relating to the repair incase it fails again.

but don't let them get away with it.

Of course you may have broken it with a wee dunt but I'd go for the repair under Warranty first.
