Problem with Word Macro

  ventanas 14:07 10 Feb 2004

Trying to put together a macro in Word 2002. The object is, using a keyboard shortcut (alt-P), to print a two page letter, the first page on letterhead and the second on plain. And then a copy with both pages on plain. I can't get it to work. It only works once, and then prints all plain.

Eventually tried to use two macros (alt-P and Alt-L). The first for the Top and plain. This works fine, and always does. The second for two plain works once and then takes over the properties of the first macro. Each subsequent use I get top and plain.

Have tried ith with HP4100dtn and HP2300dtn. The printers are set up with the paper type and trays etc.

Please does anyone have any ideas.
