I have been having problems (as it seems do a few people) using my Mini Mac with a 19" Samsung LCD TV using the VGA port. The odd thing is with a 1m VGA cable the monitor says 'check signal'.With a 15m VGA cable the correct resolution works but I get the predictable ghosting due to the crazy cable length. With two 1m VGA cable added together I can use the monitor but on a lower resolution.I am hoping if I add a third VGA cable to give me 3 meters of cable I will be able to get the full resolution and no ghosting. Are there any engineers who can explain this please? I guess the resistance I am adding in the extra cables is fixing a problem in the tolerance the TV has to the VGA signal from the Mini MacIdeally I would like to be able to use a shorter cable than 3 meters!Thanks...
