macros in excel

hi, i have a project in excel and im trying to paste values from one sheet to another. i have this macro working (see below for code)

Range("E3").Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("order").Select
Range("B9").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:= _
False, Transpose:=False
Sheets("userscreen").Select
Range("A2").Select
End Sub

i need, after 'Range("B9").Select' to insert a cell so that, when i paste the values, a list is created allowing me to tally up a total.
cant work out what code i need as im not too good with the VB code. thanks

You can use Range("B9:B20").Select to select cells B9 to B20, say.

Your source and target ranges must be the same size and shape.
