hi my wife works for a charity and uses word 2007 she has started to get the security warning message coming up when she is writing up her news letter she uses information from her memory pen and her own website how can she stop or control this warning thanks Chippy

I don't know Word 2007, but in Word 2003, in Tools - Options - Security - Macro Security you can set the Security Level for the action you want Word to take for documents that contain macros. Macros are often used for malicious actions so in the interests of security it's good to get the warning if you sometimes run documents from unknown sources.
