MAC address monitoring

Does anybody know of any software that can map a MAC address to an IP address. Our network is being constantly hit, and all that we can see is a MAC address and not any IP address. It's on our local network and not coming in from the Internet.

From the look of its toolbar functions, this can do it (click here) although it's primarily designed to work the other way around.

And some other advice and links click here

Your help was mmuch appreciated ade.h.

We found that to find the MAC address we had to input the start and end range of our DHCP service.

The program then went off and scanned the whole network, finding the MAC address that was causing all the problems. It saved staying back after all employees had gone home, and disconnecting all RJ45's one at a time too see which was causing the problem.
