iMac - Boot Camp - Win XP

I intend buying an iMac in October when the new OS comes out. I believe the software will include Boot Camp. However, I read that an XP disc including SP2 will be needed. Unfortunately I have my original WinXP Pro disc but SP2 is on a separate downloaded disc. From what I read it will not be possible to use more than one disc when installing Boot Camp. Is there any other solution apart from buying a new XP Pro which includes SP2?

You are right in saying it won't load unless SP2 is on the disk.

You could slipstream SP2 to XP. click here= Plenty of help from there.

Thanks quiller - didn't know that could be done. It looks complicated but I will give it a go.
