Hi There...I have the "SendMail" macro below that sends the email to one recipient but i would like to to send to various recipients. can someone help?' New1 Macro' Macro recorded 30/07/2009 by pcampos'' cln = MsgBox("Are you sure you have checked all daily checks? - You cannot recall the email once it is sent", vbYesNo) If cln = vbYes Then Filename = Range("A1").Value Check_Date = Range("A2").Value Format_Date = Format(Check_Date, "dd mmm yyyy") Filename = "y:\Daily Processes\Daily Checks\" + Filename + " " + Format_Date + " final.xls" ActiveWorkbook.SaveAs Filename ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="Pedro Campos", Subject:="Daily Checks" + " " + Format_Date ActiveWorkbook.Close Else Range("E6").SelectEnd IfEnd Sub
You should be able to get the correct syntax from click here
A bit too complicated and I am very new in this... I just need to add and extra email address where it says:"ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="Pedro Campos",
Try:ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Array("Pedro Campos", "Fred Campos, "Blah blah blah")
Typo, missed speech marks:ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Array("Pedro Campos", "Fred Campos", "Blah blah blah")
The "array" works perfectly and ia exactly waht I was looking for
Can I also add a message body with some text?
I don't believe that SendMail can add a message body, althoug others may be able to prove me wrong!
