Help with excel - macro?

I have a spreadsheet with formulas in that I enter data in daily. What I need is how to do what I believe is called a macro so that when I press the 'button' it puts all the numbers back to zero without me having to do them all manually. This can be done because I have had it done before but I can't remember how!! Please help!

Redord a macro while you are zeroing all the cells then just run the macro everytime. You need the visual basic toolbar for this. Or wait for VOG.

That is a bit advanced for me and VoG is already on a little project of mine!!!

Do as Noldi says. Tools, Macro, Record New macro. Zero all your cells. Click the stop button.

View | Toolbars | Forms , click on the button icon and draw out a button. If not prompted right click it and select Assign Macro and assign it to the macro you just recorded.

Your other project is in the mail ;o)

I done it! I am a genius! No seriously thankyou both for your help.
