I recently updated my ColorPlus monitor profile and mistakenly replaced the "old profile" with the "new" in the Printer\Properties\Colour Management dialog. My printer is Epson 1290s. When the printer software is accessed the machine freezes. I have reinstalled the printer driver, set the profile to default and replaced the printer cable. I have a parallel port printer and this operates fine. I would welcome any suggestions. I have a recent Norton Ghost backup and could use this if anyone can identify the appropriate files/folders.
