In case you missed it, Instagram announced two new ways to shoot video. If you're feeling a little miffed by having only 15 seconds of video recording time to work with, a group of Friends in Faux put together an amazing 1600-photo stop-motion video dubbed Instagrammimation.

Every single frame of action you see here was taken with the Instagram app and then displayed on a phone for a video camera to record. As you might expect, it takes a lot of time to swipe through every image and edit in all the appropriate finger acting. Be sure to check out a behind-the-scenes video or two for this amazing project.
