The smartphone comes with onboard email clients for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes Traveler, just like the E75 which was made available in the UK in April this year, as well as apps that provide users with one-touch access to webmail services including Gmail and Hotmail.
The E72 also comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, a 5Mp camera (upgraded from the E71's 3.2Mp camera), a 3.5mm audio jack and support for instant messaging services including Yahoo Messenger and Nokia's Ovi.
Users will also benefit from AGPS and a compass with integrated maps.
The E72 will be available in Q3 and is expected to be priced at €350 (£296).
