Virgin Digital Help is offering web users 30 minutes free tech support to resolve their PC or gadget issues.
Users simply need to register, by entering their name and email address, before March 31 to receive an evoucher that entitles them to 30 free minutes of telephone support. The help can be used at any point over the next six months, and users are not tied in once the free support has been used.
"At Virgin we're always looking at how we can make people's lives easier. With Virgin Digital Help, we are giving them access to the kind of expert tech support normally reserved for big businesses, at a fraction of the cost," said Virgin Digital Help founder, Sir Richard Branson.
"This great offer of up to 30 minutes of help absolutely free of charge means that anyone in the UK can get our experts to fix those niggling issues, offer some useful advice, speed up their computer with a software spring clean, de-bug a wireless network or do a host of other things that'll take away their tech stress."
Virgin Digital Help, which was launched in December, is a technical help service for computers and gadgets that combines online and phone support, with downloadable tools and home visits.
