Open Cloud company, Rackspace, has unveiled the 10 finalists of its Small Teams Big Impact Down Under competition, which will pitch to a guest panel tonight at Fishburners Ultimo in Sydney.

The startups include: online learning platform, OpenLearning; food marketplace, Food Orbit; project-based social network, Projectia; global contract drafters' network, Annexium; fraud protection services, AuthoPay; 3G Cloudphone technology, Ollo Mobile; sports club management platform, Revolutionise; restaurant payment system, Clipp; social working platform, DigitalSorbet; GPS-based addressing system, Geepers.

The startups will pitch to a live panel later today at Fishburners Ultimo in Sydney. The judges include: Rackspace startup liaison officer, Robert Scoble; Pollenizer co-founder, Mick Liubinskas; PushStart founder, Kim Heras; Kogan founder, Ruslan Kogan; Xero country manager, Chris Ridd.

The judging criteria includes the scope of the innovation, the highest potential to change or disrupt an industry, and the greatest impact to the largest number of people or businesses.

The winning team will be awarded a round trip to San Francisco, where it will be interviewed by Scoble in his Silicon Valley studio.

The entrepreneurs will be given the chance to speak to Scoble's global online audience which is comprised of more than 335,000 Twitter followers and 500,000 Facebook fans.
